This tradition combines long strokes, full-body runs, lower arm techniques and underbody work, creating a seamless, flowing experience that nurtures both body and mind. The movements are like a dance, they combine technical precision with intuitive presence. This deep and intentional touch, along with the exceptionally long duration of the ceremony (2.5 hrs), helps release anything you may still be holding onto.
